My 8 year old cousin is weird

She told me I'm ugly for whatever reason when I know I'm not, and I asked her why I'm ugly she said you looked better when you were chubby.. (now I'm normal,). can anyone tell me if shes going through a process of not knowing what looks are all about in a such a young age?

It sounds to me like you're relying on what an eight year old says too much.  She's just a kid, stop obsessing about what she's told you, and get some real opinions.  Maybe she's right?

did a part of you're personality change as well as your body?

Maybe shes more attached to your old appearance and she cant connect herself to the new you?
