My 8 yeard old dobermann reply plz asap?

Well ive asked alot of questions about my dobermann bella aged 8..

2 days ago we took her to the vet about a limp from when she hurt herself. This was a very big shock to us they shew us the x-rays whih shew us a shadow around the knee the vets said that she had a bone tumour...well this isnt the question

shes had bone cancer for around 2 weeks.. we have to take her to the vet she isnt in much pain she can run round the garden on 3 legs fine..

But the question is will the cancer have already spread?

is there any worth in amputating her leg? to pro long her life

will amputating her leg get rid of cancer??
