  1. plug it in to wall...not computer USB. U need plug adapter.

    if its not the charging, then restore it.  

  4. I had the same problem I went to the Genius bar and they said if you dont use a wall charger when your computer falls asleep it actually drains the ipods battery. Plug it into a wall charger.
