I have purchased this desktop for school, I pay my bills online and do online schoolwork. It came with windows vista. About a month ago, it suddenly would freeze up, the mouse would not move,a nd the only way to fix it was turn off the power strip. Not great when you are in the middle of an online test. I tried to look for solutions to download, but since I really dont know why it does it, I am lost.
