How would I go about applying for disability and to what agency would I apply. Please help...thanx

  1. Asperger's is not a disease.


  2. You should start by making sure that you really do have a diagnosis for it, and that the doctor is not just"suggesting" she might have it. I guess the next step would be for you to  talk to a lawyer and see if you can file for SSI or SSDI for her.
