  1. your son is probably lying, im sure he pulled her pants down. if that was my daughter i woulda probably smacked his head too. Please dont encourage your sons bad behaviour by calling the police. Hes going to think he can get away with murder cuz mommy will always believe his lies.

  2. here in the states, It's considered abuse, And no matter how old the victim is... anyone who puts their hands on another person will be arrested for assault, especially if an adult hits a child. Call the police, they will arrest her, if abuse is illegal that was inflicted by an adult to a child.

Your son is a 9 year old little boy, what he done wasn't nice but, hey... we are dealing with a 9 year old and that's expected. I'm sure he didn't do that in a sexual way, only to be funny. Call the police, if abuse is not tolerated where you live... Yes, she can have charges of assault on a minor.

  3. Will ask if you if you want a restraining order agaist her from your son. They will also talk to her.

  4. That person needs to be charged for assault.

  5. This lady's actions are inexcusable in this instance. However, use this incident to reflect upon what happened. Why would this lady accuse your child of doing this? Is it possible that something did happen?

Please remember that when kids are backed into a corner they will always lie to get out of trouble. If you confronted your child with "did you pull her knickers down?" He is going to say "no". That's what kids do when they feel threatened.

I'm not suggesting that your son is guilty. But please be aware  that you need to be delicate when discussing such a subject and give your child a chance to confess, in case he did "do it".

Anyhow, if he did "do it", I guarantee he will remember being hit in the head for a ling time to come...

Whatever the outcome you can use this experience as a springboard to discuss issues such as this - how you should not hit people out of anger, and how it is not OK to undress a girl. Turn this whole incident into something positive regardless of whether your son is guilty or not.

You may never find out the truth. But you can still learn from it. I hope this helps a bit.

  6. That is so horribly wrong!

Make sure you file a strong lawsuit against her and they can most likely charge her for assault, child abuse, and many other things. Just stay strong and be expecting money in your future.

  7. Wow, very interested. First off, if the women admits to doing this and there is marks, the cops will put together a court date and there will be a trial. If she is guilty then she will most deff. be punished. Child abuse is a very big deal. She could go to jail for several years. I'm so sorry about your child. I'm totally aginst child abuse, and I hate people who even try and put their hands on them.

  8. Call the police! That's battery and aggravated assault!

  9. probably nothing will happen because nothing can be proved. just keep away from the woman and her daughter.

  10. The police probally wont do anything about it just talk to her .

  11. No he deserves to be hit for what he did to the girl.
