My A/C in my 2001 chevy malibu ls doesnt get cold like it used to it any reason why ?

also i notices it changes its setting on its own from air coming in nd air staying in the car could that be anther reason its messin up

You need to check for leaks. Then your control panel needs repair.

Probably because it's out of freon. You can buy a kit to recharge it at any auto parts store.

To answer your question on why your A/C isn't getting cold air is probably because you need to probably get your A/C re-charged. and about the settings I really wouldn't know what that problem is.

Your low on freon and your switch is either bad or you have a vacuum leak.  Chevrolet quality at work.
