  1. I had the same problem.  I uninstalled and reinstalled at least 3 times, but everytime i would get the activation screen with the continue button, but could never click it.  On a whim i decided to just hit the enter button and it worked!  So i finished the process using the keyboard because none of the buttons on any of the screens worked, hopefully that will help for you too.
