My AVATAR will NOT work! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!! :(?

Question

Okay, so I did what everybody said and I went on my 360 to change the picture to a primary picture. Well it's been about 12 hours and nothing has changed! I just have a blank box as my avatar (as you can see).

Is it because my picture is too big? The picture I set as my primary is 9.25 KB. I know they are suppose to be like 5 MB but that is a different measurement and I am so confused!

HELP!

9.25 KB is a lot less than 5 MB.

What the first answerer said is right, you need to set it through your answers account as well.

You also have to go to your answers account, hit the "edit" button, and choose the option to display your Yahoo 360 photo as your avatar.
