My Action Replay Says Unknown Game!!! What do I do?

I just bought my action replay yesterday and I now it says unknown game...How do I fix it?

What's the name of the game?  It may not have any codes for it yet.

you may have to re input the game into your ar by using your computer...if that dosen't work try re updating it all and if  that doesn't work you may need a new one

What System?

DS - "You hold down A + B when the DS is turned off. Keep on holding it down. When you turn your DS on, once the Nitendo DS screen appears, you hold down select+start as well as A + B. After that, hold all of the buttons down and wait for the final screen to appear and your good to go!"
