Hi Santosh,

Three points:

1) Your SAP skills will be very popular with large Systems Integrators such as Accenture, Fujitsu or IBM.

2) Your level of English will be very strictly tested if you succeeded in getting an interview.

3) These large companies may well have offices in your country, offering employment in your first language.

Advice:

From your question, it seems like you're going to have to work a little harder on your English before you'll get a technical role in either the US or UK. Can I suggest you find a cheap evening class to help you with your business English. English speakers are very particular about how their language is used!

I suggest you look for large SAP implementing firms (such as those mentioned above) in your own country. Getting a job with one of these firms will make moving to the UK/US so much easier as they may well sponsor you to come here.
