My All India Rank is 37857.Is there any possibility of securing a seat in any NIT for Computer Science?

I am from Kerala.I just want to know whether I'll get admitted for CSE in NIT's preferably in south INDIA ie at Trichy or Suratkal or Calicut.I am getting 1646 state rank.
