My American Friend wants to live on the Isle of Man. How can he, and where is the website? How can he become a citizen?

Under British law, the Isle of Man is not part of the United Kingdom however, citizenship in the Isle of Man is governed by UK law.

He needs to take up residence over there, and live there for 5 years before he can apply for citizenship.

That would be British citizenship by the way.

I guess I would help you if I knew what the Isle of Man was and where exactly it is.  I only know it as a haven for internet gambling, which is cool.
