My Antivirus window cannot maximize. any solutions?

i have Bitdefender Total security, and lately i cannot maximize its window to select any task or options. I uninstall and reinstall, and the same problem occurring Any Idea guys? Really appreciate it

have u tried stretching it from the sides where the horizontal line appears.  this is such a simple problem and i just cant come up with a good solution lol.
