My Ares doesn't connect to the network. What is the problem?

I've read many posts and I've tried many of the solutions, but they don't work. My Limewire doesn't initialize either. I have antivirus and antispyware and have removed any possible bugs. I turn off all of my firewalls, but still wont connect. I reinstalled ares but it still doesn't work. I installed Ares Ultimate but still no connection. Any help would be appreciated.

Close ares from the task bar

Unzip and replace in

C:\Documents and Settings\User \Configuracion local\Datos de programa\Ares\Data

Open Ares

Go to the control panel in ares and under the Transfer tab and BitTorrent tab ..select the proper download folder for your songs. Now close Ares and re-open...go to your Library tab and select the All folder....songs will begin to hash and eventually Ares will connect.
