Question:

My BBQ is old and smokes a lot,even after I clean it,HELP?

Even with no food on it it still smokes,I clean it and everything and it won't stop smoking....Why.Do I just need a new one,I really like this one.

Maybe the smoke is coming from the bottom of the BBQ.  You don't say if it is propane or charcoal, but cleaning it entirely, getting rid of the built up grease, etc., from the bottom is a good step forward.  Also if you use charcoal briquets, they may be thoroughly infused with so much grease that they cause the smoke.  Get rid of them and start with new ones after thoroughly cleaning the whole BBQ.
