its really crappy quality (it was off one of those disposable cameras-i was wondering if there was any way i could improve the quality to put it in a photo frame?? i dont have the real copy and i want it to be a surprise

Try photoshop, there is a setting that can produce the best result possible for the number of pixels.

there's a programme called neat image which you can download for free on the internet which tidies up low resolution images
