how can my bf get into building houses. Like what courses does he have to do or any info will help

Go to a local builder to find out the requirements in your state. Ask the other workers at any building site or go to the local High School and ask the career adviser there.

Alternatively, ring a builder and ask.

He should try starting as an apprentice or a helper to another builder.  Look in local ads.  Carpenters are always looking for help.
