  1. Add around 700 (exercise, and just plain walking throughout the day) to that number, and that'll be how much you'll burn in one day. Then, subtract around 500-1000 (no more than 1000) from that number, and eat that many calories in one day. That way you'll be burning 500-1000 calories a day, and 3500 calories equals 1 pound of fat. Just do that and you'll gradually lose weight.

    Hope that made sense ^____^

  2. omfg...... yeaaaa you do lol

  3. Clearly, the above morons don't know the difference between BMR and BMI.

With a BMR is 1585, by simply keeping your calories around 1000/ day, you will lose a bit more than 1 pound/ week. If you choose to exercise, you'll lose even more.

    Best of luck,

  4. You should probably try drinking more water and excersizing .

if you already do so, up it from 2-3 times per week to 5 times at least.

eat less carbs, more good fats, and do weight training 2-3 times per week aside from the 5days of cardio.

cardio burns immediate but weight training burns permanantly.

eat more fresh fruits and veggies and try incorporating more fish into your life, its leaner and better for your body + easier to digest than red meats.

    Hope i helped.
