My BT Vision isn't working, have tried everything?

First ensure all connections are in or haven't come loose. Then if that doesent work trswitchinghg off at the mains and on again. Allowing it to reset. All else fails call Bt help.

I had same problem & sorted it out. Mine was a loose phone line connection.

Do you mean the set-up from when you first plugged it in?I had this problem when I first got mine,it showed error cr03/cr04.You will have to phone BT Broadband help-line.If its not that make sure all your scart-leads and cables are plugged in there correct input/output sockets,including Homehub connection.You have to be connected to Broadband to set-up BT Vision.
