Question:

My Bialetti stove top espresso

My Bialetti stove top espresso maker has started making a high pitched sound as it percolates. It seems to be coming from the little pressure valve on the side. When pressure is applied to the mechanism it stops. Do I need to replace the part or is there some way I can fix it myself?
