My Big Thigh problemo?

Well...I have huge thighs and some of its fat and muscle. The problem is that when I go swimming at the beach, my thighs would chafe together and it would hurt after some time. How can I make my thighs smaller. I can't seem to diet so I will try excercies but I don't know what to do help?

  2. Squats, lunges, also, standing beside a chair, you can stretch one leg out in font of you and cross lift it over the opposite foot for the inside of the thigh.

    Vasiline is key - when you exercise or go to the beach, put a thin layer on your thighs so the skin isn't rubbing. It will help the chaffing more than you'd ever imagine.

    Unfortunately it is not possible to lose weight off a specific area. But with the correct diet and training problem areas of fat will start to dissapear. You need to learn to 'diet' although just learning what foods are good for you and sticking to it is better than dieting.
