My Birthday celebration?

I want to have a good time on my birthday. I will be with a group of 15-20 people. (Mostly ...nice female ;-)) Our age group is between 33-40. Can you advice a nice please where to eat and dance? With a good crowed and not full of cheese teens! Off course....without breaking the bank either.

Basically a restaurant with a dance floor-bar and NICE LOOKING MEN! (If I have to be more specific!)

Ohhh and in London.

Sound London, its a nice mixed crowd, which are pretty unpretentious and up for a laugh. Good music and nice food too.
