i want to invite my friends ( 10 people) join my birthday party but i haven't know any place is suitable. i only have 250 SGD

Set up a tent... and buy lots of food... chit chat have fun. $250 is more than enough.

Just asking, because I'd suggest a day of fun at Wild Wild Wet or Escape Theme Park. They have packages for birthday parties, but I'm not sure if there's a minimun number of attendees for the premium package.

Where u want to host the event? Venue is important. It could be in restuarant, coffee shop (zhi-cha shop) or bbq. So plan out  the venue first .

get a hotel room, lots of food, and your friends all together adn have a sleepover, no mess to clean up, and plenty of room to wander around
