My Blackberry Curve Broke!!!!?

i have AT&T and i dont have insurence on my phone and it cant be fixed so do i just buy another phone an if i do does that do anything with me 2 year contract like do i have to pay $200 and have to buy a new phone to?

oh and what phone should i get now cuz i have $200 to spend on a new phone

What's broken on it? If it's the screen you can get one on eBay and pay to have it installed. Check eBay for a phone or craiglist.org classifieds in your area. If you are under contract, and not eligible for an upgrade you have to pay full retail for a new phone ($400-$500).

that would depend on your carrier. they have warranties on them but they expire, let's say after 30 days. check that with them if you're under warranty.

My curve broke as well. I don't have insuruance and Suncom really didn't want to help at all. I contacted Blackberry and they have a one yr warranty. Suncom finally did a warranty claim for me and sent it in to blackberry. I am still waiting......
