My Blackberry Pearl wont scroll down how do i fix this?

There might be some dirt or dust under the track ball causing this issue.

I recommend removing the battery from the device first. Then hold the track ball down firmly and roll it in every different direction while still holding it down firmly. Reinsert the battery and yet again.

If that doesn't work, then you may need to disassemble the track ball and clean it, or find someone who can do this for you.
