I accidentally spilled water on my Blackberry and it started vibrating. I immediately took out the battery which stopped the vibrating and tried to dry it off. When I put the battery back it it starts to vibrate again. Also the screen has a streak from the top to the bottom. Any advice on what is wrong with it or how I can fix it?

  1. sometimes phones come back to life let it dry out but most likely u are going to have to buy a new one

  2. yeah, leave everything out...the battery, the card and whatever else you can take apart to dry but it doesnt always work out.

  3. Unfortunately, even tho you opened up the pone and dried everything off, there's probably still significant water damage.  That's not something you can just fix.  I don't know who your carrier is but the best thing to do is take your phone to one of their retail stores.  They can tell you for sure if the problem is due to water damage.  If it is, you'll probably end up having to get a new phone.

  4. turn it off. and take hte battery and whatever else was in it at the time and then let it dry out for about 5 days.

  5. get a new one.

  6. You can try and dry it out for the next few days, but in reality its probably fooked.

    Water and electronics don't mix!
