Question:

My Blackjack 2 won't add programs to it?

When i got my blackjack i decided to download stuff to put on it but on the ADD/REMOVE programs popup it don't show it but i know some people that have a blackjack 2 and i install's successfully. Why won't it on mine? and Is there anything i have to do to fix this problem?
