My Bluetooth Places on my computer want work?

it dose nothing when you click on it and I want to send some pitcher from my phone to my conputer and how do u turn the bluetooth on I can work it on my phone but not on my computer thanks

you have to put ur computer type is it hp,Toshiba,...etc

all you have to do is to restart the system , it happend with me once and thats what I did.

Before clicking on your Bluetooth icon, you must turn on your Bluetooth device.  There should also be another button on your device that, if you press it and hold it down, a blue light will begin flashing on the device.  Once that happens, you can click on your Bluetooth icon and the program should find it for you.  Also, make sure that your device near your computer when you click on the Bluetooth icon.  Good luck.
