My Boss Pushed Me? What Should I Do?

I am a minor and I work at a local fast food place. My boss is rude and bossy. I know that I am not professional at my job but I try my best. None the less she is always yelling at me. I usually work 6 to 7 hours a shift and usually 4 or 5 shifts per week but I never get a lunch break or a break of any kind. One time my boss sent me home in tears I was so distressed. I guess I sent her over the edge one time because I was trying to check the fridge to see if anything needed to be filled like I do every day and she came behind me and pushed me out of the way and yelled at me and said that I had caused enough problems and to stay out of the way. Is this physical abuse? I decided I am going to quit my job because she is too hard to work for but I was wondering if this is something I should report? Should legal action be taken about this?

    1. he has no phical right 2 touch or harm u if this were me i would teel him how i felt and quit

  2. First of all what is your boss did is horrible and she needs to be reported. What you need to do is call the corporate office of where you work and report the incident. So many managers think they can get away with treating employees like dirt. You may want to file a police report on her for her getting physical with you. You may have to have a parent go with you since you are under 18. Because if you report it to the police it will be documented. Is there any other employees she treats bad? If so you should get them to call the corporate office and report them. If it was me I would have quit already. Never let people push you around. Because once they do they will keep doing it. You also should call the labor board about her not giving you any breaks while you at work. You will be able to find another job and hopefully they will treat you better. Good luck
