Should you tell the male coworker?  I think he probably already gets the hint from the boss.  Let the coworker deal with it - you will be putting your nose where it doesn't belong and look like a gossiper.

Definetly not.  You can stirr up allot of issues you don't want to even touch.  For all you know, your co-worker could be a homophobe and could even turn violent on your boss.  I know it sounds extreme but there are allot of men out there that can and have turned psycho in these types of situations.  There was a story on the news last week about a guy who hooked up with a girl and after she had given him oral pleasure, he somehow found out that the she was a he.  Well, he went crazy and beat him/her to death.

Just let your co-worker find out on his own and him deal with it on his own.  Of course if you've heard your boss make innapropriate comments, you need to report him to HR.

Who do you want to tell?  Your boss that the guy is straight?  You can laugh and say that and stop there.

The straight guy that your boss is lusting after him?  Do you want to poison the work environment forever?  Never do that.

Why is your boss telling you about his sexual feelings for another person who works with you all?  Try to stop that now.  It isn't appropriate in the work environment.  Try to get this over to your boss in a kind way or you may have to be a witness in a sexual harassment case against your boss someday.

I wouldn't say to just tell him flat-out that he's straight. I'd say something like, "I hear he's seeing a new girl" or something like that. :)
