My Brain Cracks? Help needed!

Question

My brother used to always hold his head in pain and claim that his brain had just cracked... I obviously never believed him considering your brain cannot physically crack but this morning while doing the mail at work... I had the exact same feeling as what he says... and I could only think "OMG my brain just cracked". Does anyone know what this is? I'm sorry I cannot give you more help on what it feels like but I cannot explain it in any other way. If anypne can help with this that would be greatly appreciated.

Top vertebra is the Atlas, not Axis.

It honestly sounds like a cluster migraine or a normal run of the mill migraine.  Either that or that feeling could be you cracked your top vertebrae (axis vertebrae) and as long as you aren't experiencing severe debilitating migraine or neck pain don't worry too much.
