Question:

My Brand new Converse make a flopping sound when I walk.. are they too big or do I just break them in?

I just received them from Hot Topic (ordered online).. Size 10, hi-top... the reason I bought that size is because I have another pair (given to me already used and broken in) that is size 9 and they're kind of tight on my feet... in the size 10, the shoes actually leave a little space.... should I return them?? There is no size in between!!!

thanks!!

  1. No, give them time! New shoes make flopping noises. Once you wear them and break them in a little then the noise will eventually go away.

  2. i think you have to break them in

what color are they? (just wondering)

  3. just give them time. they'll get better. unless, they are a lot bigger than you're feet.

  4. dood everytime i get new converse that happens to me to! haha well they'll stop soon, mine usually do after about a week

  5. well, if you think you're feet will grow, then definitely keep them. just wear thicker socks maybe
