My Brother Is Out Of Control?

I have 16 year old brother (He turns 17 in November), He is the biggest scum that has ever walked the planet. He keeps threatening to kick my moms A$$ and to destroy thing's and refuses to get out when My mom (very few times) has told him to. He is constantly bringing his S****y w***e of a girlfriend over here, she's 14 years old and pregnant with his kid, I think it's disgusting and my mom act's like it's Ok. I have another brother and he is 21 (I am 20 and the only girl) and we both see eye to eye on the situation with my little brother most of the time. My little brother recently has gotten out of control more and more as time progresses, My mom has tried getting the dose of his ADD medicine up and it didn't work and now he's on Zoloft and it doesn't work. He is constantly disrespecting her and calling her names and demanding she do thing's. He will bring his nasty girlfriend into my mother's bedroom that she actually share's with both my brother's, My older brother actually sleeps on the floor in her room. My younger brother is always claiming that he doesn't need my mom and he can make it on his own and everything but yet he won't just leave. I am to a point where I actually want to leave and not come back (I'm 20 so I can) and the biggest reason I don't is because of my mom. She is constantly being tortured and she work's too hard to be treated this way. I don't know what to do anymore but I am really scared for her health and the amount of stress she is put under, I fear it's only going to get worse when my loser brother's S****y girlfriend has their kid because she is just 14 year's old no one want's to hire her and as far as my little brother goes? He would never be able to hold down a job because of the way he treat's people. I am worried that this kid like everything else my s***k of a brother does will come back on my mom, What I don't understand is after everything he does I still feel at the end of the day she treat's him better then she does me. Like I said before, I am open to suggestion's so if anyone has any please state them.

Your mother should have gotten him under control when he was a little boy.  He is almost 17 now and it is to later to get him under control.

I have always said that parents should be parents and punish their children when they are small and when they get older they won't need to be punished.  They were taught right from wrong when they were small.  They were taught respect for their parents when they were small.  When they get older, they will continue to respect their parents and choose right over wrong.

It is not always the child's fault that they turn out the way they do.  If they have been allowed to tell the parents no and don't do what they are ask to do and are not punished for it, and if they have talked that way to their parents all their lives then why does anyone expect them to be any different when they are 17?

Then to some children are just mean or bad no matter how you try to raise them.  You and your older brother seemed to have turned out Fine therefore your mother did good raising you.  I don't know if she spoiled your younger brother knowing he was her last baby or if he was just born bad.

You can't call the police on him since he is under age and has not committed any harm to anyone.  

I for once do not have an answer for the situation now.  Your brother has already gotten his girl friend pregnant there is nothing you can do about that.  There is going to be a precious little innocient baby born in this world.  What ever you think of your brother and his girl friend, please do not take it out on the baby.  Love the baby for you will be it's aunt.

I'm not being disrespectful in any way by saying this, but it does sound like the mothers fault for letting him walk all over her like that. Children grow up to be the way they were raised. Didn't you say you are 20 years old? And you're still living with all this? I would move out and put every behind me, only caring for the people who care about me.

the next time he gets out of control YOU call the police. don't listen to what others have to say, you call.

if he gets mad and acts out again, YOU CALL AGAIN.  someone has to put him in his place and if you are willing i guess it will be  you.
