My Brother dislocated his shoulder for the 2nd time and we are due to fly long haul in 2 weeks time.?

What are the chances of him still being able to fly?

Check with his doctor but should be fine, so long as no complications airline will be ok with it.

He may want to consider a shoulder brace (to prevent the shoulder from dislocating) if he doesn't already use one. They fit right under most clothes (a teammate wears hers under her jersey) It's a short sleeve that wraps around under the other arm and stabilizes the shoulder a little extra. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer to the main point.
