My Brother is a creeper?

Question

So my older brother broke his ankle in 2 spots and had to wear a big cast for 2 months now. He recently got a smaller cast, revealing his foot. His whole layer of skin on his foot was hardened where you can peel it off, so he peeled it off yesterday and there is a big ball of skin from his foot (size of a gumbal) that he has with him, and I am afraid he is planning on doing something destructive with it.

How can I prevent any sort of mayhem from happening?

Haha, tell him you will find something very big and heavy to beat his broken ankle with if he doesn't behave.

That or just simply telling him you'll kick his *** may do.
