Question:

My Brother sewing Machine came without an outlet cord. I bought it at Overstock What do I do to get a cord?

It is a Brother CE-4000 and there was a flier in it to write this website for help if any parts are missing. I don't see why I should have to pay for so basic a part as an outlet cord but the machine is useless without it.

  1. OPERATING PARTS SOLD SEPARATELY

    didn't read the fine print huh?

    they were overstocked in the machines not the cords


  2. Where did it say you have to pay for any parts that were missing when you bought it?  Write to the website, they should send it to you for free. At least it doesn't cost anything to ask. Try that before you do anything else.
