Question:

My Brush Roll Stops when lowered

Hi, I have a Kirby G6 and when the hood is up, my brush roll spins without any problem, but when I lower it to start my vacuuming, it stops.  I've taken the roller out and cleaned it as much as I possibly could.  Can anyone help?
