My Bt phone Hub won't ring?

Question

When i ring my hub phone it won't ring i just get cut off.

But i can make out going call's anyone know what the problem can be, it was working fine up until 2 day's ago.

Try switching the hubs power off for a few minutes. The reboot may clear a lock up.

our daughter had that problem too. if i call her hub phone i get a message something like it is switced off, which we no it is not. when she tries to call out she gets a dead tone.

i dunno but, my friend had a problem with their home hub phone, when people rang it, it didnt actually ring. and now about 2 months later the whole phone has conked out, luckily she has another land line and just uses home hub for internet.

i think its a problem with the BT home hub phones, you should contact BT and ask for a replacment.
