My Budgie's foot got caught in its cage, and it dosent use it.?

What should i do?? my dad dosent want to take it to the vet bc he says its a sprain but idk if its broke or sparind and i dont know if i should just wait and see if it gets better. What should i do??????????????????????????????????????...

Do whatever you can to get that bird to a vet! Hopefully you can convince your dad. One of my birds got hit by something on his foot but luckily it was just a sprain.

IT SOUNDS LIKE HE MAY HAVE BROKEN THE LIMB, IT DOES NOT TAKE A LOT FOR THIS TO HAPPEN..TAKE HIM TO THE VET, AS HE MAY SUGGEST SOME POSSIBILITIES IN HOW TO TREAT HIM..IF YOU LEAVE THE POOR THING LIKE THAT, THE LIMB MAY SET AT A BAD ANGLE CAUSING HIM TO LIMP FOR THE REST OF HIS DAYS AND CAUSE HIM TERRIBLE DISCOMFORT..

I'M AFRAID THE VET IS YOUR ONLY OPTION IF YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE HE GOING TO BE OK..

You should do everything you can to get him to a vet and if you can't then hopefully it'll heal by itself.  If it doesn't look better after a couple of weeks then you need to convince your dad to take the bird go to the vet.

You should take the budgie to the vet.Or else something bad may happen to its legs.And try to convince your dad before its too late!Best of luck!!!
