I have Noticed that my female budgie has been trying to bit the other one, for feathers. Could it possibly be for a nest?

  1. Many times, budgies can be territorial.  They may need to be separated, or given a larger cage.  Plucking the feathers from another bird is an aggressive behavior.  They may be preparing to mate as well.  Sometimes roosters will pluck feathers from hens prior to mating (or during mating).
