My Budgie bites me a lot ever since I clipped his wings, which was today, in the morning. Is he made at me?

I'm really concerned. He seems angry at me for doing it. How long will this behavior last? He also bites me kind of hard, but not really. He's been nipping a lot too. It's like he's mad at me for clipping his wings! :(

Yeah, he is mad at you, but he'll get over it eventually.  Give him a treat he likes and leave him alone for a while.

It is birds nature to fly.  Clipping the wings puts you in control of where they go instead of them being in control.  This is the safest and healthest relationship you can have with a pet bird.  

But, in time it will adjust.  You will come to find a more loving bird since they will rely on you as their mode of travel, your shoulder, ha.  Give your bird treats and spend quality time with it, you will be rewarded with an affectionate pet.

Yes, i think he is. Mine was like that the last time,

There is no saying how long the anger will last. But i treated him with things he loves example apples, raw vegetables, grapes and i also let him out to play for a longer time.

So he is getting use to it now but i don't clip his wings now as he enjoys walking and sseldom flies. LOL
