My C://WINDOWS//hinhem.src is infected. What should I do?

Avast was scanning the it found that C://WINDOWS//hinhem.src is infected. I didn't take any certain action yet since its in the windows file?

Should i delete it or move it to the chest?

  1. Simply let your Anti virus deal with  it, it's an infection and shouldn't stay in your computer. Most of the Trojans will try to hide into sensitive folders like Window's one.

  2. Have Avast quarantine it / move to chest. Boot into safe mode , if needed. Tap F8 during boot to get there.

    I don't believe it is an operating system file. I do not have it on XP Pro, SP3 here.
