My CD Player Won't Play Burned CD's. Help?

Question

I recently bought a White-Westing CD player at a garage sale.

I think it's off-brand...?

Someone left some Worship CD's in it, and they played fine,

but when I put burned CD's into it, nothing happens.

I've tried this with at least 15 different burnt CD's.

PLESE HELP!

some cd players don't play burned cd's especailly older ones.  Or it could be a case of the type of cd's that you are burning onto or the format that you are burning them in...for example, from my experience burning music as data and then trying to play them on a cd player doesn't work.
