My CD is scratched, what can I do for it?

It's a CD with pics on it and it has one [irreplaceable] pic on it that means A LOT to me, and I need to figure out how to get rid of the scratch and get that pic on my computer.

Help?

turle wax.   go to you local auto parts store and get some basic turtle wax.  put a small amount on a q tip and rub it on the whole cd until there is no more residue.

There are CD repair kits you can get at Wal-Mart.  It has a small bottle of scratch remover solution.

If the scratches are bad then you could try sweet talking someone at a video game rental place (especially gamecrazy) and ask if they'll throw it on their machine.  It does a good job on bad scratches.
