Ok so I Just started running cross country. I made varsity but it comes at a price. My calfs hurt really bad. I need some tips on how to make them get better fast. I cant take days off. I cant be injured. Any stretches or advice???HELP ME!

Sometimes when running on asphalt it can cause shock in your calfs. Work on running on grass, then hard ground, then clay (if possible) and then asphalt or another hard surface. Your legs should be used to hard surfaces now, an should cause less pain.
