My Cocktail is sleepy all the time?

Do you think that she is depressed? we just got her a week ago. And she was very playfull and over the weekend but today she hardly moves a lot, bites, always closes her eyes like she is falling asleep, and hides her nose behind her wing. What does that mean?

there can be many possibilities. the most likely is unhealthiness. all birds should be fed fresh fruits and vegetables. the nutrients can help the bird become more active. crushed banana is really tasty for birds. rice krispies are also delicious. you can thread cheerios on yarn and hang it from the birds cage to make it move a little more. when a bird hides their beak behind their wing, it is usually very tired. (unhealthiness).
