My Company has 5 days working??So can we reduce the list of Holidays from 13 to 9 days?? please suggest....!?

Earlier, we were working from Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week..........!!!

And had 13 Holidays for last year...!!

Now can our company give 9 days holiday??

I dont think so

Holidays are government mandated, either through tradition or legislation.

A company cannot be higher than the government or the constitution.  So th ecompany has to follow what holidays there are.

However the company can ask you to work on a holiday and you have to be paid for the work you would do.  No one can force you to work on a holiday.  However there are ramifications in your performance if you do not work on needed occasions.

Yes its possible... Mandated holidays are national holidays and others are as per induvidual company policy
