My Computer's User Account Is Set To Limited How Do I Set It Back To The Administrator Account?

the computer used to be on administrator but now it somehow changed to limited so do you guys have any idea how to change it back to admin

If you have access to an administrator account, log on to that one, open the control panel, open user accounts, select your account, and set to administrator.  If you don't have access to the administrator account, then you will need someone who does to either give you the password, or have them do it.
