My Computer is Very Loud.?

My computer is getting old but it runs like new. Every thing I click happens instantly and I don't have any tech problems BUT it is very loud. The tower thing pretty much sounds like an airplane taking off. Any way to fix this?

The sound is the fan trying to keep the computer cool. I would suggest taking off the side panel, getting some compressed air and blowing out any dust/hair and whatnot. Also, try cranking up the AC if its hot in the house.

Well there are a couple of things.  The CPU fan could be going, replace it with a quite fan.  The power supply fan could be failing.  Open up the machine and listen.

Have you blown the dust out of your machine.  Go purchase some compressed air from bestbuy for computers.  Clean around the fans.  I am guessing a 14 dollar investment in a new cpu fan will do the trick.  Find out information about the cpu socket type and pick out a fan from like tigerdirect.
